October 15 is a date marked in red on the government calendar. It is then that the Executive must send the national reform plan to Brussels, a document that will be the key to unlocking the 140,000 million aid from the European Recovery Fund (Next Generation EU) that corresponds to Spain due to the hard blow of the pandemic. Time is ticking and, despite the significance of the document, nothing is known about these reforms. Different business and economic sources consulted by this newspaper show their concern that no working group has been prepared or any draft agreed upon.
